SSV/Buggy Rental - Terms and Conditions

This service consists of a tourist entertainment activity, in which off-road tours are carried out in vehicles of category T2b, popularly known as SSV/Buggys, in which the contractor/client drives the vehicle owned by the company EASYRIDER - ASPALTO PRINCIPAL UNIPESSOAL LDA for a certain period of time and pre-contracted price.

In the context of any doubt or matter not addressed, you should not make the reservation, proceeding with the request for clarification through the available channels.

Activity

• The client must attend 10 minutes before the start of the activity;

• The customer is the one who drives the vehicle, if he/she wishes, he/she can be driven by the tour guide;

• The customer driver must be in possession of an identification document and a valid driving license for category B light vehicles;

• The client must be aware of the weather conditions at the location and date of the activity, using the legal means of information (IPMA), adapting the clothes according to the conditions;

• The contracted period of time begins with the instruction prior to the activity;

• The activity is always accompanied by a specialized tour guide, who can share the customer's vehicle depending on the capacity, not using another for this purpose;

• In the context of disobedience by the customer to the Tour guide, or the practice of negligent acts that jeopardize the global security of the activity, it is terminated with total loss of the amount paid;

• In the context of the practice of any irregular behavior from an ethical or civic point of view on the part of the client towards people, animals or the environment, the activity is terminated with total loss of the amount paid;

• The customer must respect the road code on public roads and obey the existing signage in the case of pre-defined circuits;

• Both the driver and passengers must correctly put on the vehicle's seat belts and use the safety equipment provided by the service provider, namely helmet and safety glasses, which they must keep throughout the activity;

• The customer may get wet, dirty, damage clothes or other belongings, due to the characteristics of the activity, and the entity providing the service cannot be held responsible;

• The service provider is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of the customer's belongings, advising their non-use or adequate protection for them;

• During the activity, it may be subject to change for technical, operational, meteorological or other reasons, and may be postponed or cancelled;

• To carry out the activity, you will have to sign a responsibilities contract;

• The customer is responsible for the vehicle and occupants, and will assume any and all costs of repairing damage caused to the vehicle resulting from its misuse, negligence or disobedience;

• If the service provider so deems it, the customer may have to compensate the service provider for the damage caused by the absence of the injured vehicle within the scope of the activity;

• The service provider, performs the audiovisual recording of all activity with a view to broadcasting for promotional purposes, and the customer must express his opposition to the registration, if he does not wish to do so, as soon as possible;

• The customer is responsible for all fines or offenses incurred during the vehicle rental period.

Vehicles

• The vehicles used are of the “Can-am” brand, homologated and registered;

• Vehicles have a safety arch, roof, windowless doors and front air deflector;

• The customer cannot use other vehicle instruments without authorization from the Tour guide, except for the accelerator, foot brake, belt, steering wheel, lights, blinkers and horn.

Itinerary

• The itinerary consists of an off-road route, consisting of dirt roads, forest roads and highways and is pre-defined by the service provider according to the contracted period of time/distance;

• The time period of the itinerary is calculated based on an average speed, which can be naturally shortened or lengthened by the driver's driving behavior, resulting in differences in the contracted time period;

• The customer's maximum delay tolerance of 10 minutes, with the possibility of providing the service for the remaining period of time;

• From the beginning of the activity to its end, stops may occur as indicated by the tour guide;

• It is prohibited throughout the route to consume alcoholic beverages, narcotic substances, smoke, set fires or lights, leave garbage or residues on the route.

Risks

• The safety of people and animals must always come first;

• The service provider has mandatory insurance by law, namely the mandatory Civil Liability Insurance for Tourist Entertainment;

• In this activity there are risks inherent to pregnancy, psychological problems, body structure, post-operative, among others, which may be affected by vibrations, impacts, caused by the characteristics of the activity;

• The recommended minimum age for participation is 6 years, the provider may provide means of transport, namely a booster seat and chair for transporting children;

• The client must be aware of the risk of accident, injury, trauma and death;

• There is a risk of involuntary deviation of the vehicle in soft sands, stones, sticks, holes, mud, roads, and the driver must moderate the speed according to the haracteristics of the terrain, always with a safety perspective.
